GET TO KNOW ME

Hello!

My name is Margaret Bowman. I grew up in Austin, Texas, and spent most of my childhood, eight years to be exact, passionately studying the various elements of the enchanting world of theatre. It wasn’t until I was 16 that I realized the analytical side of my brain was actually pushing me in a very different direction. For months I jumped back and forth between my artistic side and my more factual side for years until I was introduced to marketing during my second year of college. I found that it allowed me the opportunity to dive into graphic design and content creation through presentations and social media, among other things. At the same time, I was also engaging in data tracking and market analysis to continuously be improving marketing outreach. 

During the six years I attended college, gaining my undergrad and masters degrees, I was able to attend courses in marketing, finance, management, law, accounting, human resources, and many other fields critical to the business environment. The knowledge and skills that I was able to develop throughout that period have proven to be invaluable to my professional growth. By May of 2022 I had successfully gained an Associates Degree in Economics, a Bachelors degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, and a Masters Degree in Organizational Behaviors and Human Resources. Since then, I spent four years working for small businesses in Austin and Dallas, avidly fulfilling multiple roles and assisting in company growth.

In my previous roles, I exercised management, organization, and multi-tasking in contribution to team efforts and organizational improvements. I am open-minded and focused on new developments in my field, especially in marketing and social media advertising. I have proven to be effective and motivational, with high levels of proficiency in communication, collaboration, and workflow organization and management. I enjoy planning and coordinating efforts to achieve a common goal.
